DigiXora provides project and ongoing professional services. Because scope, timing, and resource commitments vary, the signed proposal or service agreement for each engagement controls cancellation and refund terms.
Before work begins
A client may request cancellation before work begins. Any refund of an advance will be assessed against the accepted agreement and any non-recoverable costs or reserved capacity already committed.
After work begins
Fees for completed work, approved milestones, time already spent, and committed third-party costs are generally payable. Any remaining amount or refund will be calculated under the written engagement terms rather than a blanket website promise.
Ongoing or recurring services
Notice periods, billing dates, pause options, and cancellation effects for retainers or recurring services must be stated in the applicable service agreement. Stopping a campaign or subscription may not reverse costs already incurred with third parties.

Processing
If a refund is due under the applicable agreement, the method and expected processing time will be communicated in writing. Bank, payment-provider, tax, or currency-processing timelines may also apply.
